Monday: Locals (Morayfield & Caboolture) Free for orders over $80, if under fee is $6

Tuesday: Bribie Hwy Turnoff to Bribie - Free for orders over $80, if under fee is $6

Tuesday:  Brisbane - Free for orders over $100, if under fee is $8


Wednesday: Wamuran to Kilcoy.  Fortnightly- To Esk   Free for orders over $80, if under fee is $6   

Wednesday:  Kingaroy – Free for orders over $100, if under fee is $10


Thursday: Burpengary to Redcliffe - Free for orders over $80, if under fee is $6

Thursday: Brisbane - Free for orders over $100, if under fee is $8

Friday: Sunshine Coast (Morayfield- Landsborough $80 order)- Landsborough up to Maroochydore Free for orders over $100, if under fee is $10

There are many products on this website that have a "Dangerous Goods" classification.

Australia Post is our nominated carrier and they do not carry goods with this classification.

We will contact you for discussion if you have ordered a product with a "Dangerous Goods" classification requiring delivery.


If the above schedule does not suit then Northside Cleaning & Packaging Supplies use Australia Post and Fastway Couriers.  Parcels will be packed and dispatched as soon as possible after the order has been received and  payment has been processed.  A basic freight charge is added to your total order at checkout but please note a final freight charge is not ascertainable until your total order has been packed, when we will know the weight, size and destination for your order.    We will contact you if additional freight charges need to be paid.   All parcels will be delivered to the provided address and will require a signature on receipt.  It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours as the parcel will not  be left unattended.  Where no one is home to sign for the parcel when Australia Post attempts to deliver, a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where you will be able to collect the parcel, and for Fastway Couriers a second attempt to deliver the goods will be made and after that the consignee will have to pick up the goods from the carriers premises within 7 days.    Allow normal postage times for delivery.  If orders are required urgently express post charges will apply.

Returns and Refund Policy
Northside Cleaning & Packaging Supplies adhere  to  the Consumer Guarantees, Warranties and Refunds policy of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). If you discover  a problem with your order we require you contact us within 7 days of receipt of the order.

You are entitled to return goods and ask for a refund, exchange or repair if the goods you purchased meet the following criteria:

Have a fault that you could not have known about at the time of purchase.
Are not the same as the description provided by the salesperson or advertisement.

Northside Cleaning & Packaging Supplies  may  agree to exchange products where the customer has ordered the incorrect product. The customer must return the goods at their cost in accordance with our goods return policy and reorder the correct product through the website shopping cart. Northside Cleaning & Packaging Supplies reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee in some circumstances and at the discretion of Northside Cleaning Supplies. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. The refund will be provided once the goods have been returned and inspected.
Northside Cleaning & Packaging Supplies  will exchange or refund a product that meets the above return and refund requirements. You are required to contact Northside Cleaning & Packaging Supplies  on 07 54991611 to discuss the return matter  and after discussion and mutual agreement   you must return the product in its original condition together with a copy of the proof of purchase.
Defective products will be either repaired or replaced with the original product purchased, however if this is not able to be done a full refund will be provided. The manufacturers warranty for products will apply.

You are not entitled to a refund when you:
Simply change your mind or no longer want the goods;
Choose the incorrect size and/or colour;
Were responsible for causing the fault or defect.
