Dangerous Goods: Some products on our website are classified as "Dangerous Goods." Australia Post, our nominated carrier, does not transport these goods. We will contact you to discuss delivery options if you have ordered such a product.
Outside Standard Delivery Areas: We offer delivery through Courier Partners for customers outside our standard delivery areas. If you are located in Australia outside of Southeast Queensland Metro Areas, we will calculate each order’s freight individually to ensure you are quoted the best rate possible.
Packing and Dispatch: Parcels will be packed and dispatched promptly after payment processing. A basic freight charge is added to your order at checkout. Final freight charges will be determined based on weight, size, and destination. Additional charges may apply for express post.
Signature Requirement: Parcels do not require a signature upon receipt unless requested. Please let our staff know if you would like to request a signature for your delivery. If no one is available to sign, arrangements will be made for collection. Please provide a work address for delivery if you are not available during business hours.
Large Orders: Some large orders may not qualify for free shipping and may incur additional charges.
Unique Areas: Certain unique or remote areas may not be eligible for free shipping, regardless of the order amount or if in 'SEQ Metro Postcodes'.
Product Restrictions: Some products, due to their nature or size, may not qualify for free shipping.

Refunds

Original Receipt: Customers must present the original receipt or proof of purchase at the time of requesting a refund or exchange. We are unable to process returns or exchanges without proof of purchase.

Resalable Condition: All returned items must be in resaleable condition. This means the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the itemis not in its original condition.
